Shipping

All my pieces are handcrafted to order, therefore it is not possible to provide exact shipping dates. Please allow up to 15 working days before shipping.
If your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a certain date I will do my best to accommodate your request - please include your instructions in the order note or send me an email with the request at info@juliabocanet.com.

I use certified shipping options with insurance to send domestic and international orders. If you need express shipping, please contact me at info@juliabocanet.com when placing your order. I will be happy to assist you with any alternative shipping arrangements.
Once your order is ready you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number.

Delivery times are estimates. I can not take any responsibility for delays caused by local post or courier service.
The Netherlands (up to 3 working days); Europe ( 5-8 working days); Rest of the world (6-18 working days)

Please note that any order shipped to a destination outside of the EU can be subject to customs and import taxes, levied by your local government. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Once the package is in transit I can not take any responsibility for loss or damage. I will however do everything possible to assist you.


Returns

All Julia Bocanet jewellery is handmade to order, please consider this when you make your purchase. If you are unsure of any measurements prior to your order, or wish to have more information regarding any piece of jewellery, please contact me at info@juliabocanet.com. For ring sizes, I highly recommend visiting a local jeweller to measure your finger size.

Please take into account that all items on this website are limited edition, made-to-order and made-to-measure pieces. What you purchase is not a stock-item - the money I receive will be entirely invested in material, time and tools to fully create your piece(s) once you’ve placed the order. Therefore, refunds are not possible.

All jewellery is wrapped and packaged with utmost care for shipping. In the highly unlikely event of lost or damaged packages, I can not take any responsibility for what has come to pass in transit. I will however assist you in any way possible.

Repairs

If a piece gets damaged over time and you need a repair, email me at info@juliabocanet.com to inquire about your specific case.

If you would like your ring sized up or down there is a €35 fee. This service is only available within the EU. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 5 - 15 working days for any repairs/resizing.
